These are wonderful. Just don’t eat the choke, I find removing the choke
before baking is premo, as you can just about eat the entire thing and not
have to worry about the choke. Thanks for this great recipe! Gratzi !

great recipe…i do them almost the same way.. first i brown an onion in
oliveoil with the parsley and then throw the stove on real low and throw in
all the stuffing (crumbs, garlic, pepper) and toast em up very light and
then i throw in an anchovy butter paste that i mix which in my opinion
MAKES the stuffing just right…. then stuff em out and continue i never
put sauce on em in the pan like that though… that looks well worth it to
spin some sauce on there like that…

Nice recipe. I was thinking that I would only do a few, just to try them
out. What types of things might complement this dish. I can add these to
the plate for serving!!!!

@zimbalatti Thats right , I made some artichoke soup with the stems this
year , thanks for watching…
bowhunter2439December 17, 2013 at 3:04 pm
, The sauce adds some flavor and most importantly an appetizing color to
the stuffing , the sauce on top keeps the moisture in also .
