Should they be smaller for a 12m old? The size you made seems like a
potential choking hazard? Just curious. Maybe they break up easily? Thanks!

    You didn’t invent this. -_-…

So Instead of freezing them after step 5 we should freeze them after step
8? (Just referring to the recipe on your website) And then when we get them
out of the refrigerator we should put them in boiling water for a second
    time? Thank you!

It’s okay to freeze because you’ve cooked it since defrosting it!

I love this recipe. On your website you talk about the possibility of
freezing them before cooking. I would love to do this as it is very
practical. However, I don’t quite understand. Aren’t you supposed to not
freeze again foods that were already frozen and defrosted? Thank you!

Made your veggie nuggets last week and loved ’em! The book was a great buy!
As a vegetarian I’m always looking for more recipes, so thanks again!

Try making them green smoothies! Start with mixing together greens, frozen
mixed berries, a banana and coconut water and see if they like that. if
they do then have them help you make it and show them that something green
is going into it. Then you can experiment with other combinations that will
keep the smoothie looking green (the above combination will turn a pretty
purple color! Try spinach, pineapple, banana and coconut water, this one
    will stay bright green!

I just made these tonight. Every last one dissolved into the boiling water.
All I had left was floating spinach fragments.
