That looks DELICIOUS! I need to get a crock pot, its something I haven’t
really tried too much, but I have loved it whenever I have made it.

Thanks for the crockpot meal A.J. This also helps when we need to bring
something to a pot luck that we can actually eat.

    I can’t wait to try this. I got myself a crock pot as a pre-surgery gift. I
know that moist cooking is important after surgery. Thanks for sharing bud!
    Happy pouch eating! ~ Eric

looks good but my only concern is the amount of salt in the package and the
rice mix is not a diet food, i will make this but i’m gonna change it up by
using my own salt free herbs and seasonings and brown rice.

Hi! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on
talking about Proladox Diet Plan (do a google search), but I’m not sure if
it is good. Have you thought about Proladox Diet Plan? I’ve heard some
incredible things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with it, but
she refuses to tell me: (
