Hi! I’m making this recipe right now, thank you!
There’s no need for a pizza stone or spraying water?

Whenever making bread, I use my pizza dough recipe and I always enjoy it
but I think I will try your recipe for something different. Instead of
regular salt though, just like with my pizza dough, I will use garlic salt.
It gives a nice aroma of garlic on the palate which is pleasing and not too
overbearing. Thanks for the recipe. 🙂

I tried your recipe today. Just got a new mixer with a bread hook. First
batch…disaster. I think I kneaded it too much. 2nd attempt looked better.
It’s in the oven now and it looks delicious. I’m quite sure it will be.
    Thank you. Pete

Yeah know Glen. Hubs was a baker for many a year.Well anyway he has been
working afternoon shift in chemical plant and last night while I was
sleeping he made bread and woke me up at 7:30 am for breakfast. Saying how
he missed being a baker man. We have nice bread for Thanksgiving feast and

You can use this easy Italian Bread recipe as is. The only change is to
read the instructions on your active yeast packets. The yeast does the work
and it make the time to prepare the dough, but the final loaf should turn
out great. Thanks for checking in and I would like to hear back from you on
    the results!
