Awsome recipe, I left it to rise for about 15 hours and then for 2 hours
and the bread came out great. Really worth trying this recipe.

John can I leave that mixed Dough in the Frige for a Day or Two.? Then take
it out & let it get to room temp & then make the bread.? Or will the dough
not stay in the frige for a day or two. Just wondering.?

I like to take off a nice large piece of the bread. & Toast it on the coals
of my Wood Stove & then rub some fresh Garlic onto the bread, & I have a
nice toasted piece of Bruschetta Bread.

I think a bowl of ice cubes on the bottom rack. would make a nice Crust on
the Bread also. Some people use a spray bottle of water. But I find that if
you keep opening the oven door,To spray water,You will let out a lot of the
ovens heat. So the ice or bowl of water in the oven works better. Thanks
John for a great & easy recipe.

did you put a bowl of water in the oven while bread is cooking?

“Kanten” we call the bread ends in germany. It means edges.

wouldnt it be easier to put it on a waxed sheet of paper and then u dont
have to flip it or move it u can put it right into the pan and your all set
    am i right?

WOW wow wow easy pal !! nobody is trying to make you feel stupid or
something… I just wanna point out that we talk about two different types
of dough.. And the way this video show us is just one way to do it. Don’t
the black and white, there are many shades of gray! you just wanna do the
    more productive way right???
