    hi…this is call malaysian murtabak. it is made of oily dough flour as the base dough and the second layer as you can see is a very thin egg omellet plus 1 egg, shreaded onion, meat curry( which u have to fry it first with curry powder,curry leaves, ground onion,garlic,ginger). lastly cover it and fry with thin layer of oil. you will never find this recipe in india. this is genuinely malaysian invention recipe. there are many of making this murtabak….this one of the easiest.
