    if you cant use pork you can just use beef its still amazing but ADD an
    indian spice to this called “keema masala” add like a table spoon or 2 and
    mix and it has an amazing indian tatse which makes the recipe much better.

    We made these tonight – I’m a fan of this channel. They turned out pretty
    good, although it seemed like a lot of work for a little bit of food. But
    dang it if I don’t feel proud about it! We also made dessert gyoza out of a
    pear (chopped it into bits and tucked it in with cinnamon in some and
    chocolate in others).

    I have known many professional chefs, and am a dedicated cook myself. It is
    pointless to make the crab suffer. It makes zero difference. Real chefs
    kill the crabs/lobsters instantly, then cook them. This is just another
    example of idiot Asians and their taste for suffering.

    Cooking the food! I don’t like this title, seems like the rest of the world
    never kill crab? I hav seem a lot different way to kill a crab or any other
    sea food. For example, using a squid as bait to fish the tuna, I’m pretty
    sure a lot of country do that, so tuna will chase and eat squid Alive with
    no doubt. So you think that’s not cruel? You never taste any big fish in
    water??We human being is cruel for hunting our food, same as other creature
    when they kill and eat the food. Even when you pull up the fresh vegetable
    from ground and cut them as salad. It’s 100% sure, they feel very painful
    cuz they r alive. But you can’t live without them. And I know sometimes the
    way chef deal with good depends on the customer. If customer ask for one
    way usually chef will listen their opinion.

    You know it’s easy to say killing something alive and watch it happen is a
    bad thing. But if those who eat meat of any kind and say this is
    wrong…then obvious you don’t consider the same is happening to cows,
    chickens, pigs etc. Do not judge what another culture or what other people
    do to the animals they like to eat…in reality it’s only nature in the
    most general sense the bigger or smarter animal will always kill to be fed..
