I like your recipe. What I usually do is sauté the garlic in butter and
olive oil. Add to the potatoes when ready, the garlic sauce, sour cream,
parsley and a hard Italian grated cheese. My kids love this. But tonight I
may add warmed milk and see how it turns out.

G’day from Aussie! Your food is amazing! Your garlic mash was creamy,
smooth and fluffy. Made them tonight using normal potatoes as we didn’t
have red, though I have used the reds with your recipe before. I’ve made
your Crème Brulee, Chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting and garlic
mash. I’m always looking at your Youtube channel to see what other recipes
you have added on. I can’t express enough how much my family and I love
your videos. Thanks for making our meals a treat! Lizzie

Hi Dede, I don’t see this recipe on your site. I saw the meat kibbeh and
noticed you could add almonds instead of pine nuts. is this the case with
the vegetarian one? pine nuts are around $8/lb (at least) and are a bit too
    expensive for me. thx.
