Hi Robin. I just love these!. Is there a possibility that I could roll
these ahead of time & fry or bake later & if so.. How far ahead? Thankyou
for sharing:)

Looks yummy and am going to make these tomorrow! Just wanted to share a
tipwe use when a recipe calls for shredded chicken. Once its been cooked(we
usually boil ours if ifs for enchiladas) we toss several pieces at a time
in my Kitchenaid Mixer bowl w/the beater attachment on low. We usually do
it while meat is warm, but could be after its cooled too.. It does a GREAT
job of shredding it as fine or course as you want, depending on how long
you mix it for. Happy cooking!

Great video! Thanks for posting. I can’t seem to roll tortillas correctly.
This video may have cracked the code. Thank you. Take care, be safe!

We’ve been so busy canning and dehydrating produce – Baking these
Chimichangas will make Dinner tonight SO much easier – And I can used some
home-canned chicken to do it … Thanks Sweet-pea!

These would be an awesome meal Robyn. I’ve never made these let alone tried
them, and obviously I’d bake them but I have some left over baked chicken
so I think I’ll make them for the family tonight. I have no beans but I can
improvise with what I have in the fridge. Yum thanks Hun xox
