In my opinion as a chef, these mud crabs are way over cooked considering
they have been pre cooked and would have already had 15 minutes of cooking
prior to the 20 minutes in this video.best results would be obtained using
    green/raw crabs.

I’m Thai and I have never seen any kind of this fishcake. As far as I know,
we use lime juice, not its peel and we don’t put any ginger in our
fishcake. Most importantly, it is unusual to put coconut in many recipes.
Yes, we sometimes use it; but we prefer coconut milk. And we don’t use it
    in this fishcake.

Although a nice video i agree w/ huikel &janAnn23. Where is the shredded
lime leaf, chopped lemongrass, red curry paste and fish sauce. Just bc
dishes have one Thai ingredient in it people want to say the dish is Thai .
I am half Thai and I never made or seen “thod man pla” like this.

peast and fish/shrimp meat, some long green bean and mix it well then fried
it without bread cramb. My english is not good I hope you understand what i
    am talking about

  27. I BestFebruary 16, 2014 at 5:50 pmReply
