    Kimberly, that is one delicious looking salad. Never tried making quinoa
    before. I agree using stocks add so much more flavor. When I make shrimp
    with rice, I peel the shrimp and put the shells in the water I cook the
    rice in. Great flavor. You’re the best. Thanks
