I haven’t stored more than a month because everyone in my house loves them
so I usually finish within a month.

I do not do anything special since I do not have enough time to take care
of me so I guess it’s just food I eat.

Couple of days in fridge or up to few months in freezer.

I’ve made this several times now, I must say this is the absolute BEST
veggie burger in the world. Its healthier and tastier than any store bought
veggie burger. I prefer this over ANY burger I’ve ever had. There’s a lot
of ingredients, but guess that contributes to the perfection of the flavor
profile. Absolutely delicious!!

yes I make Veat.. Vege Meat.. smiles.. but I dont cook my veges I chop
them down or grate them and I dont use breads Ill use a handful of wheat or
rye flower and then roll into patties.. I try not to use oil so I slow dry
fry. The beetroot is good when you have family over for dinner that are
meat eaters… they dont seem to notice until I tell the later.. Cheers for
sharing. Safe Journeys
