Check out my cookbooks! I talk extensively about how to get kids to be
great eaters from day one! Fast food and junk food has never been an option
for my kids. They really just don’t know what that kind of food is because
they’ve only ever been offered fruits, vegetables, whole foods, foods we
make at home together, etc… 🙂

Hi, Catherine, thank you for your recipes, I love them! =) Did you somehow
contribute to the fact your children love vegetables and healthy food??
When I have my own children I would like them to eat this stuff since the
very beginning but I don’t know how to prompt them to love this. 😀 Of
course I know it’s about approach and I can’t force them to eat something
they don’t want to, but I am pretty sure there is some method that can work
for this. Do you use or do you know some?? =) Thank you!!

That’s an interesting idea. I have a turkey meatloaf that i do that I add
in chopped & sauteed mushrooms – definitely great for texture & moisture.
