What a great spin on a healthy version of a sweet potato pie! I have about
3lbs of vanilla whey protein left, so I might whip up a “mini” batch to
test drive this recipe with eliminating the crust, sugar for sweetener,
butter for apple sauce & evap milk with fat free milk. I’m allergic to
almond milk, so we’ll see. Thanks!

A great substitute for butter/oil in recipes!

You can definitely try banana. I haven’t used that as a substitute for this
but I could see it working. If you do try it let me know if it comes out
    any good!

Hey bro, making this today. I noticed in the description you leave out the
sweetener. I almost missed it when making this, but then watched the video
to be sure cause I thought, “huh no sweetener?” Also, I already had some
cooked sweet potatoes lying around which is what inspired me to make this
in the first place, so I’m not sure how many lbs to use. I went with 1.5lbs
cooked, but it seemed too watery. I added another 1/2 lb, still watery but
it’s in the oven now so we’ll see how it goes.
