@cosmlayla Thank you for your comment. Yes, if you strictly follow Dr.
Simeons instructions, he recommends to not mix vegetables. But it has been
my experience, and that of many others, that you can get away with mixing
several vegetables in your recipes and still be able to lose weight. Test
it out and tell me what you think! ~Russell

@etplggx I lost 22 pounds and feeling great! Quick results only come with
the right diet, its that simple. No one know more about weight loss than
Julie Olson, and she’s got a new book out that explains it all. Take a look
before its no longer free -> bit.ly/LmnhTt?=cgrkuh

Ha! I’ve gotten that question a few times. I actually bought my knife from
a regular neighborhood grocery store for $14.95. I just keep it sharp. A
properly sharpened knife is a delight to work with!

I invented this one a long time ago (haha) but minus the oranze. I’ll try
it. Also, I use more cabbage…there’s hardly any calories in it. Last nite
I made a stir fry with a ton of beau sprouts/red bell peppers/mushrooms.
    YUM.

You have great knife skills. I ordered professional grade knives on
bigtray.com. I noticed your cutting board shakes a lot, a good way to stop
that is to fold a hand towel under it. I did that during cooking
competitions in high school when showing off my knife skills that way I
would have a stable quiet place to cut. 🙂

Yep! I’ve been losing about 1.6 – 2 lbs daily and mixing veggies fairly
routinely! P2 – Day 8 and 14 lbs down. No problems here, keep em coming lol
