    Hi…hope u can help I started my phase 2 of this diet (171) 5 days
    ago…well yesterday i was 165lbs but today I am 166 Wat is wrong? Has
    anything like this happened to anyone doing this diet? Is it normal….I
    dnt wanna get discouraged but it hard seeing the scale go bk up :'(

    @KermitBeach :not sure if u mean cocnt? Had greater wt loss w/coconut oil
    it forced me deeper into ketosis/lost more. I used ketosticks so I went
    from 20 into 80s. I think everyone’s body is diff. I def had less wt loss
    when I didnt eat chod delite/cooked w/coconut. But thats me. Also limited
    bread sticks bc they stalled me. Only ate them if I felt tired/dizzy. I
    felt much better. Just had to limit to 2-3x a week. So each person is diff.
    Olive oil/p3 u see if u tolerate.

    rogue means your going off the Dr Simeon’s protical. There are many many
    people who have tried diff things off the protical that actually work to
    help you loose more wt. There are some that stick strictly to protical and
    others who try coconut oil to help them loose wt. it works for most but its
    up to you to try it or not.

    @2Ryled what do you mean by ROGUE P2? are you just saying phase 2 in a
    different way. Or is Rogue a person? I am a little lost? I am new to HCG so
    I am still learning.

    I have used 2 tablespoons of coconut oil everyday, and I am 15 days into
    phase 2. and I have lost 42.2lbs for an average of 2.81 lbs a day….. so
    it has not effected me either way. good recipe…

    Allot of people even if they tried the old HCG protocol have now been doing
    the new 800 protocol, You have more food choices, your not starving
    yourself and they loose same amount of weight and some even loose more.
