    IM MEXICAN!! and this is SO wrong !!! 1 a cholo is a degradative name for a
    mexican -american person. dont use it!! 2 Real Mexican food is not cook
    like that ! because they dont use CAZUELAS !! casuelas are made from clay 3
    Thats not a Mexican Hat ! 4 I will go there and talk to them

    That was not mexican rice . That was spanish rice , it was more rounded .
    Mexican arose is long grain cooked with tomato paste/sauce . Its more
    fluffyer . Some people put a little onion and peas in their rice when
    prepairing it .
