I thoroughly enjoyed your video! You really should have your own PBS or
foodtv show. I have never done a biscot recipe completely by hand (without
the aid of a stand mixer), but you’ve shown me it isn’t as much work as I
thought, so this Christmas season it’s biscot unplugged for me!
