Looks great!!! I do have a question, Whenever I’ve eaten crabs before, I
had to remove something from inside the shell. Does that need to be done
with the soft shell crabs, or are they different?

To make it easier powdery seasoning is to use dried pepper and chop the
garlic instead of the whole garlic.
