    Looks good, no ricotta? We’re making calzones right now and looking on
    youtube at recipes. We’ll heat up some sauce on the side. We have a big
    batch of homeade sauce. Decided to not chop up the sausage but half it and
    place each half sausage in the calzone with peppers and onions, mozzarella
    and ricotta and a dusting of parmesan. ( what a mess! ) No way to do that
    in a minute 40. You’re an artist

    Sweet Italian sausage is way better than hot, imo
