Hey mate, I live in the UK so I’ve been having the same problem, but you
know what in the end I just thought well if they use a cup, so can I, and
all I did was – just get a small cup (like a tea cup or something) to
dedicate to this, and then pour, I duno, flour, oats, doesn’t matter, into
it on the scales, mark where a cup in weight comes to, and then you have a
cup measurement forever you never have to convert. Hope that helps, I’m so
glad I did that now, use it all the time.

I’ve tried many of your recipes. My favourite is still the protein shake
with the fat free cottage cheese, fat-free sugar-free jello choc. pudding
mix, PB, and skim milk. It’s very rich and tasty, but healthy. I also use
some of the protein pancake recipes. Because eating scrambled egg whites
and a cup of berries gets dull after a while. Plenty of variety here.

I started to follow your channel just a few days ago and I like it! Untill
now my favorite recipe is the strawberry shortcake oatmeal breakfast. I
just ate it! I love that it’s lean but sweet and very filling.
