    I enjoyed this so much. Your presentation is so personable- as if I have
    been invited to a friend’s house for cooking lessons. I appreciated that
    some of the structure was a bit loose, and some of the ingredients were not
    exact- that’s how real cooking works. I’m really encouraged to try this

    Thanks for posting this. However, you got rid of the essence of the
    tomatoes by not adding the whole thing to the dish. Reason why we use the
    whole thing is to make the dish sweeter and often add a can of tomato sauce
    as well. Essence of Tadka, is the onions, small peppers, tumeric, garam
    masala and tomatoes with salt and ginger garlic. Good job!
