Is it OK to add water to the batter after fermenting if it’s too thin?

    thank you!

Ruchi, this is the first time I’ve heard of the batter being blended in a
mixer again after fermenting. Is this a new trick? The color on your dosa
is perfect. I never get that nice and even brown color. What’s your secret?

How many dosas does this amount make? Not clear from the clip. Also can we
use normal rice instead of parboiled?” Otherwise very useful.
