Very clear and organized video. But like all, I was thinking how costly
these cinn. buns were to make. Also, what is the spelling on that yeast
product you used? Think that a cheese cutter might cut the roll into 12,
    less waste of materials.

Hi, Toula2121! Thanks for your kind words. Yes, the ingredients for this
recipe are pricey, but many of my recipes are extremely budget-friendly!
The omelet recipe is affordable: just eggs and butter/margarine. The
stuffed pepper/eggplant recipes are also fairly affordable (and feed the
whole family). The kale chips are much cheaper per “unit” than any
commercial snack foods. Take a look around, let me know if you have any
questions, and enjoy! Here’s to a happier and healthier you!

I think its awesome that you are putting better ways of eating up here for
people that have diabetes. My only set back is that from watching it all
and not using these kinds of ingredients in general, they sound SO alien to
me and that makes my first thought. “They must be pricey!!!!” Haha.. Is
there anything as far as meals/recipes that you have that are very low carb
but in lets say an EBT users budget? 🙂 hehe Keep up the awesome videos and
cute dog! 😀 Thanks for sharing.

You can use diabno for type 1 & 2 diabetes reversal. Check online for
“Diabno” to get details as it helps your body naturally reproduce insulin…

Thanks! Let us know how they turned out! I’m so happy that I’ve been able
to share a recipe that you and your uncle can enjoy together. I’m a huge
fan of almond flour and flax seed meal as whole flour substitutes. Do you
have any favorite gluten/sugar-free recipes that you’d like me to add to my
channel? I’d be happy to do a demonstration of one of yours! Thanks again
for the comment, and keep in touch!

He looks a darling. Keep those recipes coming, as I’m tiring of cooking my
delicious stews, curries, and chillies. I’m needing inspiration. One
suggestion. Can you mention the health benefits of your ingredients. For
example; cinnamon, as well as having effects on blood cholesterol, can
lower blood sugar by decreasing insulin resistance. I tastes nice too.
Great video. I’m keeping an eye on my subscription for your next uploads.
    Hugs to Mazer. Cheers.

Perhaps she means that her family members are prediabetic, or they are in
danger of developing Diabetes and were advised to adjust their diets.

They came out amazing. My father is a diabetic and he has been begging me
to make something he could eat. You see, I have a sweet tooth, and I am
continually making deserts in which he cannot eat whenever I have a
craving. Anyways, point being, your video was a life saver.. You should
open up a diabetic only café or something. How awesome would that be?!

The dog was looking at them and you could read it’s thoughts from the look
    on his face. “Yum”
