Hi AngieKiss02! You can do this recipe without the egg. Try substituting 2
tablespoons of cornstarch whisked together with 2 tablespoons of water for
every egg called for in the recipe. Enjoy 🙂

yummy…though, I prefer it chilled, myself! nice to see a recipe on here

Thanks for your question Kenzie! No you definitely don’t have to add the
raisins. You could omit them altogether or you could try substituting with
another dried fruit such as apricots, cherries or even coconut!

That’s the first time I’ve had all of the ingredients already in my
    kitchen.

Great question, Neil! You can certainly prepare this rice pudding in the
same pan that you’ve used to cook rice. Hope you enjoy it.

Why can’t you use the same pan you first cooked the rice in? Seems like
    you’re dirtying an extra pan.

Yes you can. The original recipe don’t have egg. Your dessert will thicken
at the end without the egg too. If you want, you can replace it (the egg)
with a table spoon of corn sturch for a more creamy texture but even with
out it, it will be fine… it will just take a little more time. Don’t
forget to stir constantly 🙂 Enjoy

Hi thanks for your question. Milk is one of the ingredients in this
pudding. If you have vanilla flavored milk that will work too.

This is what I call Arroz con leche. Just without the egg and butter.
