    hi are you sure you need flour to thicken as i have seen this recipe
    without and is probably healthier without flour or cornstarch. looks good
    tho, cant wait to try it and i will also see your other recipes.

    hi i think white vinegar is the same as using white wine, but dont use too
    much, just add a bit at a time and see how it tastes before adding more.

    it’s very easy. boil different vegetables with some herbs for about 20
    minutes. there’s your broth. Or else, find a recipe online. I’m sure
    there’s tonns. 🙂

    @EdnaYippy Because it gives a stronger taste to the sauce! You can omit it
    and perhaps add a tablespoon of soy sauce (but reduce the amount of salt)
