Yep. But if I don’t finish it, I just have the rest as a snack later. This is really not a lot of food (well at least for me). It is mostly fruits and vegetables and I eat a lot of them 🙂

Is that how much you eat for lunch? I am a guy three times your size, and thats the amount of food I usually eat, though my food is not nearly as healthy.

Thank you sweetie! Pepper jelly is sweet and spicy at the same time. You can substitute it by combining some orange marmalade with a dash of chilli pepper or cayenne pepper. If you don’t like spicy food, you can just skip it 🙂

This was amazing! your voice is so calm and sweet, and this bento I really want to try as soon as I get the chance to prepare it. You really deserve more views! I just have one question, I live in Holland and I never heard of pepper jelly, can I use something different or just skip it? take care and thank you for sharing this video!

i didn’t even know broccoli could be eaten raw! thanks!!

Thanks darling! I actually used raw broccoli in this bento. They’re really crunchy and I like to have them as a snack (sometimes with some hummus). If I’m cooking broccoli, I usually just steam them 🙂

That sounds like a great alternative..especially the tip of draining the yoghurt..well I made it last night; but I put a bit of my own spin on it; looking forward to having it for lunch. Thanks for the reply and keep the vidz comin 😀

Thank you so much Pooja! 😀 You can actually substitute cream cheese with low fat Greek yogurt. Try adding different herbs to it like dill, green onion, etc. If you want it to be more spreadable and have the texture of cream cheese, you can drain the yogurt using a cheesecloth to get rid of the moisture. Hope this helps!

Thank you! I really hope you try this recipe and I bet it would taste heavenly with homemade cheese. I’ve never tried making farmers cheese myself. Do you have a video for it? I’m very curious to see how you make it.

I make my own feta cheese well OK my own farmers cheese but the consistency is the same if not better and these look delicious! I am going to have to make these with my cheese! Great summer dish! Very cooling!
