    When I added real crab meat (canned) like you said, they cracked open in
    the oil and the ones that didn’t tasted unpleasant. I would try the mashed
    white onion+sugar+cream cheese( maybe +imitation crab), it tasted more like
    the crab rangoon you get with chinese takeout. No disrespect .

    @colmyo This was real crab meat that I bought at the market, not frozen but
    not like caught that same day. I didn’t use any imitation crab in this
    recipe. Thanks for watching.
