    Very nice recipe. The pastry gets little “annoying” in the mixer, but definitely worth trying. Nice and easy recipe. Greetings from Greece 🙂

    Did you use self-raising flour or just regular flour? If it was just regular, add in a bit of baking soda (1 tea-spoon more or less, depending of how many you want to make). It will release CO2 while baking, making them more soft…
