Hi Sandy!! I made this chicken tonight… my husband said it was
outstanding…and I have to agree!! It was delicious! My house smelled so
good…I couldn’t wait to dig into the bird, but I did wait about 20
minutes before I cut it up and served. This recipe will be in my weekly
    rotation!! Thank you!!

Thanks a lot for stopping by and your nice words! It is just me and my
husband so a 4 pound chicken will last us 2 or 3 days… I can’t get rid of
my accent, no matter how hard I try, lol I will pronounce it correctly one
time, and then I will just go back to jello again lol 😀 Thanks for
    watching!

The final results of the chicken you roasted looks so good! I like the size
of chicken you selected. I don’t like huge 5 pound plus monster chickens. I
have never thought of roasting corn along with an oven roasted chicken
    before. I like how you say “jello corn” @ 1:00! : )

Any water in the marinade will make the skin burn. Marinating over 10 hours
will make the chicken meat too soft&unnatural. Therecipe is great I think
