    Im not a mole fan and as a matter of fact I hated it until I made it using
    this recipe…..love it, I think the peanut butter makes it taste better
    jmo.

    All i do my mole with is with mole maria chiles de arbol and sugar taste
    just like homemade mole!!!

    Mole Poblano is amazing!…when done right. I can eat it with and on almost
    anything. I’ve never seen it done with tostadas and peanut butter, but I’m
    thinking that’s to replace the sesame and almonds that go in the “old
    school” version? Either way, I can’t wait to try this. I’m excited! 😀

    I love making her food. She has all the authentic Mexican flavors that I
    grew up loving. This was a great rendition to the Mole Enchiladas next to
    my Auties…
