chè này nếu có chuối sứ là ngon nhất (mình ko mua được chuối tươi nên dùng
loại đông lạnh), còn ko có thì dùng chuối tây cũng được 😀

Ok, Im having an issue that, when the coconut milk cools down it turns hard
like rock. Like is there a way to eat it like you would if it was hot but
y’know, cold? I like it cold.

Hi, there ! I do not know where you rely on the written comment responding
to my comments so unwittingly? You’ r a foreigner, you know how many sweet
dishes of Vietnam that speak so confused ?

Helen, can you make more che? I would love to see che dau den. My mom added
sliced lotus pods for crunch (not the seeds). I don’t see anyone making it
like that, though. Some other suggestions for future che: che khoia mon
(taro), che dau xanh (the version with tapioca and seaweed in it), che dau
do, che bap, che thai…etc. Thanks!

Hello Helen, I cooked your great dessert to round up our dinner and upload
the video at minifarmingandliving youtube channel. My husband said “Thank
you”. He loves everything that contains coconut milk. Greetings from Carolin
