Great video. That sauce made a healthy food a death trap, but I know you weren’t going for health. Love the tutorial!

I wanna make this! This will be healthier than Outbacks sweet potato with honey, butter & brown sugar which is 465 cals, 16 fat grams,

Okay, how are you so skinny yet all recipes seem so sweet? You can cook for real.

    Hey Betty!
I recently was searching for a recipe for baking acorn squash and you don’t have one! Tonight I’m fixing sweet potatoes and voila! back to Betty!
It’s basically the same (40-60 min @ 400°) but if you were to take your butter and brown sugar mix and spread that all over the acorn squash (I also added some sprinkles of cinnamon and nutmeg) before you cook it, it comes out REAL TASTY!
You remind me of another cool Kentucky gal, Jackie DeShannon!
