    The min you cut your meat, all the juices came out, that means, all the
    goodness of the meat came out. I think you have to let it rest longer than
    you did. Basic.

    HE MAKES IT! His way is not the right way. He didn’t invent beef
    wellington. Get over it. I look Laura’s looks delicious. Don’t like the way
    she makes it then don’t make it.

    Your right. Ive been in the field 30 years and the chefs I have trained
    under that were dicks I didnt learn anything from. You have to cultivate
    your students not shatter them. A lesson I learn with bitter tears
    occasionally with my assistant. Im a private chef and occasionally too
    serious !

    Single portion wellingtons are so hard to get right, by the time the dough
    is perfect, the meat overcooks because it’s so small

    If done correctly it isn’t. Some people cook meats in such high heat that
    it turns out to be burned and taste less in the outside and dry in the
    inside. I know that is the way of thinking of many people. I’m sorry if I
    offended you with my comment wasn’t my intention. I just wanted for
    everyone to realized that there is a right and wrong way of cooking.
    Obviously if is dry is way wrong.

    chef ramsey is a mchellin star rated chef. the reason why he shouts is
    because he wants to bring out your full potential. even if you had formal
    training and years of experience, you might think you dont have anymore
    potential. how about recognition?? Laura Vitale is an excellent chef, very
    talented, she might even win hells kitchen. who knows Chef Ramsay might
    unlock more potential from her

    I love your channel but every time you say not to cook the meat well done
    because it doesn’t taste right or is too dry….well I don’t think that is
    true. One thing is well done and another is burned. If cook right, a well
    done meat taste very good. I’m one of those people who can’t see any pink
    in the meat. Yes I have try to eat it medium but I prefer well done. Just
    saying!!

    the only way to make it.
