    i dont know how you can stand and cook all day at your age… i used to be
    a chef and i was not as big as you ,, but i used to get bad back pain.. i
    am bigger than you now and i cannot stand more than a few minutes ,, your
    stroganoff looks great but next time try adding some paprika, sliced
    gherkins and sliced beetroot,, i used to put it out on mu buffet and the
    public loved it… i did not call it strog ,,

    love it to.ia adding tomatoes as well.you can add marinara sauce.some
    people using portobello mashrooms too.love your style anyway.best
