hi, it should be really quick, the longer it sits in the pan, the greater the possibility of it becoming tough. You can boil it first, to make sure you get a good outcome. Thank you for the feedback.

Hi, I tried to cook this last weekend. It was delicious. However, the beef was a little bit tough. I used sirloin and cut it to cubes. What do you think happened there? Should I boil it first, then put the dry ingredients?
Thanks for this anyway.
