    Nice and easy recipe as it should be. I have watched so many silly American
    videos on YouTube where the mash is overcooked, far too much milk or cream
    and made into something that resembles a runny sauce, like baby food !
    I use a masher just like this but finish by beating with a large strong
    fork, works every time for me !!

    I love the accent and enjoyed the video especially when you chopped those
    onions. very fast. hahaha
