    That salad looks and sounds amazing! I frequently add alfalfa sprouts to
    salads or sandwiches, but have never thought to start with a bed of

    Great video! You probably know this by now but acorn squash is actually a
    winter squash. Oftentimes squash with softer skins like yellow or zucchini
    are summer varieties.
