If those viewers hate vegetables and hate cooking, I’m clueless as to why
they are watching this video ! Go somewhere else and take negative comments
along !! Chef John is an awesome chef and fun to watch ! I just don’t get it

Just a tip; Do have extremely clean hands and equipment when separating the
eggs. If you get any fat in the egg whites, they will not thicken. You
might like to rub the bowl and hands with a piece of lemon to get it fat
free. Or preferrably not put your hands in the eggs.

I absolutely hate asparagus with a dear passion but this is the first time
I have ever seen them as appealing. Only Chef John can do this o.o

Cooked this and served to my parents lol great way to get your veggies in,
specially my dad who doesn’t like asparagus and really enjoyed it.
Americans need more recipes like this to get more vegetables in. Although
the egg-whipping was deceptive. It took 3 people to whip the egg whites.
