Oh this looks so very good. I do not have all of these ingredients so must

Mmmmmm…..just like making stuffed jalepenos n bell peppers..(stuffed with
cheese) served with spanish rice..

have you done a video showing how to make all your pastes? I see you have
four. Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili and what other one? Is that all the
pastes you’ll use in a standard Indian dish? What about your spice tray?
Do you keep these in the refrigerator or on the counter? You sure have a
huge recipe collection!
