Ingredients such as beans, rice, even guacamole can be freezed and other
ingredients do not take much time to prepar except beans and rice so…

  12. Nazima MehdiDecember 8, 2013 at 8:37 amReply

I dont think its a good idea to pre-make this dish or to freeze it. Sour
cream and guacamole should never be frozen, and the lettuce will turn into
wet strands after it defrosts. However, you can pre-make a bean-cheese-rice
burrito, as they will hold up to the freezing temperature. Hope this helps
    🙂

Its funny, I always forget that you make vegetarian foods, but I never look
at your food and watch your videos and think to myself that there is meat
missing! I think it is a testament to how thoughtful and complete your
recipes are. Thanks for the videos 🙂

guacamole/avocado really can’t/shouldn’t be frozen. it oxidizes quite
    quickly too.

  35. Ramiro RazoDecember 8, 2013 at 7:46 pmReply

i havent marinated the Carne myself, we always buy it pre-marinated so i
dont know the real ingredients but i think it looks alright, except maybe
for the double tortilla (those are for Tacos de Borrego maybe). So yeah,
thats basically a REAL taco. Saludos from Mexico.
