    Hey can you give me some advice on.rather bulking or cutting first? ,
    I’m a 5’7 male I weigh 130
    I used to weigh 189lbs but I got on a diet and went all the way down to
    113lbs
    I gained some 17lbs back in 2 months thru eating a lot and very little
    workout
    Any advice?
